We provided the pots and some of the good luck to usher in the New Year. Everyone else brought food... Good food... And lots of it!Rachelle made an amazing seafood manicotti. The dozen or so good friends who came over to our place brought or made corn cakes, cheese cakes, salads, seafood stew, meatballs, and a plethora of home made dips and gourmet crackers.
I made some of the best Bloody Caesars ever, and just about the most strawberry tasting daiquiris you'll ever have. It was a comfortable evening of conversation, food and laughter. Happy New Year! Here's to 2007, a year of house building, good friends, more conversation, good food and laughter!
