I just heard from the insurance adjuster. He said that after a long battle, they decided to rule in my favour. The poor woman who's car I crashed into will get her car fixed, and I get $100 to pay for the new wheel I had to build. It'll all come out of the insurance of the dude that opened his door infront of me.
