I've been lurking around on craigslist trying to find a good deal on a 10" table saw. The other day I saw an ad that seemed perfect. This guy out in Cloverdale was moving and needed to get rid of his saw.
It's an old Rockwell/Beaver saw made in Guelph sometime in the 70's I suspect. Its got a 1 hp motor and is imaculate! Only cost me $150 plus the gas to get out there. Sweet deal!
The first job will be to rip the tongues and grooves off of the 2x8 cedar that I scored a few months back. That lumber will become the new deck on the front of the cabin. The table saw will move to Hornby when we go again on the Thanksgiving weekend and will live there.
