Our good friends, Jeff and Sarah, visited us from Vancouver this weekend. We managed a couple of hikes as well as a mountain bike ride. A couple of good meals, mixed drinks and great conversation were also had over the weekend. Then Sarah had to get back to the lab on Monday but we kept Jeff and forced him into hard labour.
The overhang covering the deck was needing a two-man team to finish the soffits, so that's what Jeff and Doug did this weekend. It was two full days' work and they barely broke for lunch. But the deck is now almost completely done and it's another feather in the work party cap. Thanks a ton Jeff.
