Wow! After yesterday's wild weather, today broke calm, clear and sunny. It didn't take much convincing to get Rachelle to put on her hiking boots and we headed to Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver. We wandered around for a few hours, soaking up sun and the indescribable rainforest vibe.
It appears as though the crazy winter weather system has broken and we're in early spring mode.
On an unrelated note, Rachelle just booked us passage to Arizona to spend a week wandering through the desert and canyons south of Phoenix. We're going to stay with our good friends, Brent and Ev Bingham. Cactii, Indian ruins, sun, and maybe some rock climbing. mmmmmm... Good times on the way.
