Best Thanksgiving Leftovers

There is nothing like Thanksgiving to generate the best leftovers. Doug declared this to be the best Clubhouse sandwich he's ever had: home made fries made with local potatoes, Tanadice Farm smoked bacon, Savoie heritage tomatoes, turkey from our Thanksgiving dinner with friends. Should have made some homemade mayo to go on our homemade bread!!  Perfect holiday leftover dinner.
