Whirlwind trip to Vancouver

OK, even though we got it all done, in hindsight maybe it WAS a bit too much to cram into 1 trip. We left Hornby on the first ferry (7AM) in our truck, Fugly, with Pete and Rob's huge outboard boat engine. We dropped the engine off at the boat engine reseller, and made it onto the 10:30AM ferry over to the mainland.

We started by driving directly to Bosa Foods and loaded up on all things food and Italian...
then dropped off Pete's stuff at his buddy's house...
then went shopping at Mountain Equipment Coop...
then went to the big-ass liquor store to pick up a case of our favorite cheap Spanish wine...
then went to Dan's Home Brew to meet Ian who was picking up ingredients for our first ever batch of whole grain beer (more about that later)...
then met Jeff and Sarah at Koko's, our favourite sushi place...
then Ian and I drove to Surrey to pick up a bunch of used brewing supplies.

We got to bed around midnight.

The next morning we said Goodbye to Jeff and Sarah, and loaded up the rest of the used roofing that we got from Rachelle's uncle Paul. We then topped up the truck with as many boxes as we could cram on, and took off for the 12:30 ferry.

My head is still spinning a week later!

We are totally offended. How you could you not find time to stop in and say Hi?

Paul, Lisa, Colm, Lucca

Lucca is not as offended as the rest of us. Give it time...
