I love maps. I can spend hours pouring over marine charts, topo maps, or google earth. I saw this posting on one of my favourite time wasting websites.Click the photo to get a nice hi-rez version and you will see an amazing real life contour map. It's a terraced farm in China. Aside from being stunningly beautiful, I was struck by the sheer magnitude of work that would have gone into this. The building and maintenance is one thing, but the yearly planting and harvesting is something else all together.
